In the Shopify admin main sidebar you'll see a menu Decode Files Organizer with links: Files, Support, FAQ, Documentation, Billing, and Privacy. Click any link to go to that section.

Files is where you see and manage your file list by category. Support is where you send a message to our team or see replies. FAQ, Documentation, and Tutorial are help pages you can read anytime. Billing and Privacy are for your subscription and our privacy policy. You can bookmark or share a page if you want to come back to it later.

First, go to the Shopify App Store and install the Decode Files Organizer app. After you authorize it, open the app from your Shopify admin. Your files will sync from Shopify into the app. Use the sidebar to add categories and assign files to them. Click a file row to open it in Shopify admin.
